Due to the restrictions in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19, we are creating video versions of barre you can follow at home.

The adult beginning ballet barre is appropriate for anyone who knows the basic barre steps (designed for my current Absolute Beginning Students).

​

Adult intermediate level barre is similar to my Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday classes.  

​

Youth level 3-4 is a beg/int level barre.
