Conditioning/Rehab

Reservations are required for Conditioning/Rehab classes due
to class size limitations.

Our conditioning classes are limited to five students and are semi-private. In a typical class each student may be working on something different. Jill uses her expertise in Pilates combined with knowledge from Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, dance medicine, pilates for neurological conditions, Progressing Ballet Technique, 4Pointe and more to work with you on what you need. We can work to enhance dance technique, focus on injury prevention, or work to rehab an injury. We also teach body care to keep you healthy and dancing.

Our conditioning classes are also for non-dancers.
