Full body myofascial release (body rolling)

We will release appropriate muscles prior to strength work to maximize results.

We will use smooth, small balls and pressure to gently erase tension, visible signs of stress, reduce pain, improve sinus function and more.

Lower legs - calves, shins, ankles and feet
Release and strengthen.

Happy hips and turnout
Release, function and strength.

Payment is due at the time of reservation. Refunds will be available if the space can be filled from a waitlist. If you already have packages with Insightful Motion then 3 hours from your package can be applied.
NOTE: These sessions are not intended to address specific injuries/issues, although they may benefit from these sessions. Attend a regular dance conditioning class for specific injuries/issues.
