Gwen Tripp began her dance career in Kansas City as a competitive dancer. She performed for small local companies while attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City to get her Bachelor's Degree in fine arts with an emphasis on dance. After graduating in 2013, she moved to Denver to dance with Kim Robard's Dance for two seasons from 2013-2015. She then joined Davis Contemporary Dance Company and performed with the company for two and a half seasons from 2016-2018 before she had to go through hip surgery for a labral tear in March of 2018. Gwen is back to dancing and feels extremely blessed to have found Thrive Ballet and to be performing under Jill's direction. Gwen is in her third season with Thrive Ballet.
